Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoFlow app and website (the "Service"), operated by AutoFlow ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AutoFlow provides booking and customer-management software for auto-service businesses ("workshops"), including online bookings, messaging, quotes, invoices and related tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including staff you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your workshop.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited (spam) messages.
• Break any applicable law, including telemarketing, SMS and privacy rules.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers by SMS, email or phone, and for the content of messages you send through the Service.

Subscriptions & payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider (Stripe).
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

Customer data

Data your customers enter belongs to you and your customers; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your customers' information and are responsible for handling it lawfully.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Twilio, Google and Stripe. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
