Delete your AutoFlow account

This page is for workshops using the AutoFlow app by MadeByJiggly (Autoflow Ops). You can delete your account yourself in a few taps, or ask us to do it.

Delete it yourself (in the app or on the web)

1. Sign in to AutoFlow as the workshop owner.
2. Open Settings → General.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. If you have an active subscription it is cancelled at the same time and you will not be charged again.

Or ask us to delete it

Email hello@auto-flow.com.au from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my AutoFlow account". We verify the request and complete it within 7 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your login (name, email, phone number, password) and any team member logins
• Your workshop profile, services, branding and website settings
• Customers, vehicles, bookings, quotes, invoices and notes you stored
• Messages, call logs, recordings and transcripts
• Push-notification device tokens and connected-account links (Google Calendar, Stripe)

What is kept, and for how long

• Tax and payment records (invoices you issued, subscription receipts) are kept for 7 years as required by Australian tax law, then deleted.
• Encrypted backups that include your data are rotated out within 30 days of deletion.
• Payments you took through Stripe live in your own Stripe account, which AutoFlow does not control — manage those at stripe.com.

Only want some data removed?

You can delete individual customers, bookings, messages and photos inside the app at any time without closing your account. Email us if you need help with a specific request.
