Why I built AutoFlow
I kept watching great mechanics lose hours to admin that had nothing to do with fixing cars. AutoFlow is my answer — three everyday frustrations I wanted to take off your plate for good.
Our vision

AutoFlow (“we”, “us”) provides booking, messaging and workshop-management software to auto-repair businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to our website and apps.
1 Information we collect
- Workshop account data: your name, business details, email, and login credentials (passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash).
- Customer booking data: details your customers submit when booking — name, contact details, vehicle information, and the services requested.
- Messages & calls: SMS, email and voicemail content processed to deliver the messaging inbox, including AI summaries of voicemails.
- Usage & device data: basic analytics and device tokens used to run, secure, and improve the service.
2 How we use information
- To create and manage bookings, quotes and invoices.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and review requests by SMS and email.
- To send push notifications about new bookings (mobile app only).
- To provide, secure, and improve the service.
3 Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service — including hosting, calendar & email sending, and payments/subscriptions where enabled by a workshop. We do not sell personal information.
4 Data retention & security
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is hosted in Australia, isolated per workshop, and protected with encryption in transit and regular backups.
5 Your choices & rights
You can access, export or delete your account data from within the app at any time. Customers can ask the workshop that serves them to update or remove their details. AutoFlow is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription to and use of the AutoFlow service. By creating an account you agree to them.
1 Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including staff you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your workshop.
2 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited (spam) messages.
- Break any applicable law, including telemarketing, SMS and privacy rules.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
3 Subscriptions & payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider (Stripe).
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
4 Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties (such as Google, Stripe and messaging providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
5 Availability & disclaimer
We work hard to keep AutoFlow available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
